This Privacy Policy is issued by Mountaineer Cleaning Maids LLC ("Mountaineer Cleaning Maids", "we", "us"), which operates the CharlestonWV Cleaning Service brand and this website. It explains what information we collect and how we use it, including for our SMS programs.

Information We Collect

When you book a service or contact us, we collect the information needed to provide that service: your name, phone number, email address, service address, access instructions, and payment details (processed securely by our booking and payment providers; we do not store full card numbers).

How We Use It

We use your information to schedule and perform cleaning services, communicate with you about appointments, process payments, and improve our services. We may send appointment reminders and service updates by text or email.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our online booking platform and payment processor) and as required by law.

Access Information

Door codes, lockbox codes, and alarm details are stored securely and shared only with the team assigned to your home.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. The online booking form is provided by a third party and is subject to its own privacy policy.
